Visiting La Bombonera stadium as a football fan was an unforgettable experience. Growing up, I had seen pictures of Boca Juniors in books and magazines, but my first real exposure to the stadium was watching a late-night game on TV in the late 1990s. The aerial shots of the Boca Juniors stadium captured my attention—the three large sides of the stadium packed with fans, and the narrow, office-like structure on one side, a design that defines the Bombonera stadium to this day.
